Orders & Payments

All prices are in INR inclusive of taxes unless stated. We accept UPI, cards, and COD where available. Orders placed via our apps, website, or phone are subject to availability. In case of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel with full refund.

  • UPI handles supported: major UPI apps in India. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
  • Cash on Delivery may be limited by order value and location.
  • Invoices are emailed/SMSed on successful order confirmation.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is displayed before checkout. Unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, civic restrictions) may affect delivery. Our serviceable radius is limited per store to maintain product quality.

  • Rider may contact you for directions or gate access. Keep your phone reachable.
  • Contactless delivery is available on request.
  • For building/office entries requiring passes, customer must facilitate access.

Refunds & Replacements

Quality issues reported within 24 hours are eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion. Late deliveries in eligible SLA zones may qualify for a voucher per the SLA guarantee.

  • Photographic evidence may be requested for product defects or spillage.
  • Refund method mirrors original payment method when feasible.
  • Voucher redemptions are non-transferable and valid for a limited time.

User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the service, attempt fraud, or submit prohibited content. Any abusive behavior towards staff may result in account restrictions.

  • No attempts to circumvent payment, apply invalid coupons, or exploit system bugs.
  • No posting of unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content in reviews or notes.
  • One account per user. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated.

Service Eligibility & Compliance

  • Minimum age to order: 18 years.
  • Food safety compliance: prepared in FSSAI licensed kitchens; allergens may be present—refer to menu notes or contact support.
  • Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  • Consumer rights: Nothing herein limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

For eligible zones, we aim to deliver within 30 minutes. If we exceed 45 minutes, you may receive a ₹100 voucher for your next order.
